Delete your account

You can delete your Gurt account at any time, either in the app or by email. Playing Gurt never requires an account, so if you never signed in, there's nothing to delete.
In the app
- Open Gurt and tap your Profile.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
By email, without the app
Send an email from the address you signed in with to:
privacy@whoapps.online
Use the subject line Delete my Gurt account. If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", write from any address and tell us so we can find your account.
What gets deleted
Deleted
Your account: email address, name, and account identifier. Removed from our systems within 30 days.
Not affected
Player names and settings stored only on your phone. Remove them by uninstalling the app.
Kept by Apple or Google
Your purchase history, which Apple and Google keep under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Gurt+ subscription, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
