Gurt includes 18+ drinking-game content. It's a prompt generator for a game you and your friends play — it doesn't serve, sell, or encourage alcohol consumption. Drink water, know your limits, never drink and drive, and don't play if you or anyone at the table is under your local legal drinking age.
Gurt is intended for adults. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app, and at least your local legal drinking age to engage with any alcohol-related content. The app includes an in-app 18+ confirmation before unlocking that content — using it is you confirming you meet that requirement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Gurt on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app, except where applicable law gives you that right despite this restriction.
Game prompts, questions, and decks are provided for entertainment purposes. The only information you enter is first names for your players, stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't collect or publish anything you type.
Gurt works fully without an account. If you choose to sign in, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account inside the app.
Gurt+ is an optional subscription or one-time purchase that unlocks additional games, decks, and settings. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), under their respective terms:
Don't use Gurt to harm, harass, or endanger yourself or others; don't attempt to bypass age gates, purchase flows, or app security; don't use automated tools to access or scrape the app; and don't use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Gurt is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Gurt is a game — outcomes, prompts, and "trivia" answers are for entertainment and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gurt — including anything that happens as a result of playing a drinking game, such as injury, property damage, or alcohol-related harm. You play, and drink, at your own risk and judgment.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Gurt's design, branding, game content, sound, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
You can stop using Gurt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without affecting any rights we may have at law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Gurt after that means you accept the updated Terms.
